Queen of presents

Abi has an unusual skill, which is buying brilliant presents for people. It's not that she spends a lot of money - after all, she doesn't have much - but she has an unerring eye for an appropriate gift. Sometimes she buys them, quite often she makes them, but I'm regularly surprised by her insight and imagination.

She's quite business-like about the whole process, too. She has all her presents wrapped now and this evening she brought down the ones that need to go under the tree at the cottage. And, with a fine sense of occasion, she ensured that we all stopped what we were doing while she laid them out.
