Odd One Out

As we headed out for our walk this morning I knew it would be a short one as the temperature was already at about 30c at 7.30am.

Toto was panting and I was sweating and we stopped in the shade of this Illawarra Flame tree and I stood right up underneath the low canopy of the leaves. I noticed this yellow one standing out amongst the green but they all looked interestisng with the hot sun shining through making them semi transparent.

The day was a scorcher and with the top temp reaching around 41 we almost melted!! Cooling right down to 27 tomorrow and Xmas day thank goodness!

Last day of work tomorrow and we've extended an open invitation to our customers to drop in for a Xmas drink in the afternoon and then YAY its over for the year and no work until the 18th January!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhh ;o)
