winter solstice

Today winter officially started. The shorted day of the year from here on in we will start back to longer days. Winter also is to bring the coldest weather of the year however this year winter has not started yet. This afternoon the sun came out and it warmed up to 14C. I got to the park after work the sun had set and the moon was out and it was still 11C.

I grabbed this shot of the pink sky with the moon shining down and it reflecting off the water. this was taken at 4:55 pm
