Looking over to the monument

I've blipped the Wallace monument from this spot before. It's one of my favourite Stirling views, taken from the riverside walkway just beside the old Stirling bridge. I had some shopping to so this morning and went to a certain supermarket not far from this spot, simply because it would giver the opportunity of this blip! And the sun was shining - briefly. It's turning out to be a very different Christmas holiday, with mum in hospital,while I'm staying here in her house and Colin and our children and grandchildren are at home in Mintlaw. I wish I could divide myself in two!
