Can I call it art?

So this is deep into our muddy horrible garden as I shone a small torch on a couple of rotten apples

If there is anyone out there willing to pay £6,000,000 and call it art I'm happy to call it er art?

(I'll obviously glam up the description and strap line if someone is willing to pay me a load of money for the image)
