Swing Out Sisters

Back fail today. A few weeks of it troubling me culminated in a painful sleepless night and a day off work. Hope I can sleep tonight. Its fine when I'm stood up or walking around...turning into a vampire maybe the only solution.

J did brilliantly at Cubs tonight! She wasn't sure if she was going to go but after a bit of deep thought she dived in and had a good time. The Scout leader complimented her too. This is a big accomplishment for J. Cubs is way out of her comfort zone but she is persevering and I am SO SO proud of her.

Beaver/ Cub night means a bit of walking back and forth but despite the late hour and the rain... we stopped off at the rope swing on the way home. The Jeanster was funny! Hanging off it and scraping her knees in the mud (but the main thing is that she had the confidence to have a go!)

Eve of course did not want to get off despite it being nearly bedtime. BLIP!

If I had a big strong tree in my garden..I would totally put a rope swing up for them...and me.
