Shortest Day

According to my kitchen calendar this is the first day of winter, well I got caught in a right blustery hailstorm on my way home from gym, was soaked through so I had a bath at four in the afternoon.  Lovely.

Spin class was manic, my heart rate was sitting at 91% -100% for 60% percent of the hour, and 81% - 90% for 23% so that does not leave much for warm up and cool down.  Phew!
