Winter Solstice Moon
Well, here we are at last – the Winter Solstice! Now our days will start getting longer. More exciting is that we will have a full moon on Christmas Day. This will be the first full moon timed with Christmas since 1977, and won’t happen again until 2034. Since 1793, when The Old Farmer’s Almanac began tracking heavenly events and seasonal changes, the Moon has been full on the winter solstice just ten times. You can read all about it by clicking HERE! I captured my Moon a few minutes into today - the sky was amazingly bright - I hope it will be so on Christmas Day when it is full. Today is my last physiotherapy day before Christmas - am looking forward to that. Have a nice day, Everyone:)
