MonoMonday: Celebrate

Celebrating 100th Mono Monday. Thank you Paladian for initiating this, for the current host Skeena, and the other hosts in between!  My celebratory image consists of presents for a  6-month old grandson, who will soon celebrate his first Christmas.  I picked the shiniest paper and the biggest bow...he will be probably more interested in them then in the contents.
We lost power today for several hours after the strong windstorm. The extra is of a large fir tree that fell not far from our house, really nicely along the side of the road rather than across it. Trees fell all over the area, crushing cars and houses even. Now it's calm again, just raining.
