OK, let me explain. So far the guesses as to the reason for my change of title have been that I am in a witness protection scheme, I am hiding from my neighbours (and their relatives) and most disturbingly that I have become a bus spotter!

Actually it is far simpler than any of those - I had an idea for a series of Blips that I could take on my way to work each morning. I thought it would be a good way to restart blipping. Part of my journey is by bus. Hence AVFTTD.

I originally discovered Blip in the middle of a difficult period for me. Blip gave me focus when I was drifting, a structure to explore photography and writing, and introduced me to all sorts of people, some of whom I now consider friends.

After 22 months' absence, two different therapies, ten weeks' Return To Work Programme, a shed load of drugs, and the unstinting support of Rebecca, Ben, Jenny and some pals, I am back working in Bradford. I miss birding. I miss being outside. Most of all I miss the banter of my Swilly mates in our hide.

But I'm looking forward to what the future will bring. And part of that is more Blipping!
