Pho Bo

Our first visit to the Hanoi Bike Shop, in the West End of Glasgow.  Met up with our eldest niece, to enjoy a delicious lunch. Lovely to catch up. 

This is Pho Bo - classic beef noodle soup.  We also tried Gan Ga Nuon Me (Sesame Chicken Livers), Bo Nuong La Lot (Beef wrapped in Betal Leaves with crushed peanuts), Bun Thit Nuong (Chargrilled Pork Patties), and Ban Phong Tom (Prawn Crackers).  

CJ and J also tried the Vietnamese Phin Filter Coffee, with condensed milk, very sweet.
