Two years blipping today..I honestly didn't think I would last a year, let alone two but this site is more than just about the photographs for me, it is about the words, the stories, the friends and the community....long may it continue.

It was a lovely clear start to the day and by the time I got to work there was a beautiful sunrise over the blast furnaces. After work I met up with my friend Amanda for a present swap and a catch up, we have been friends for years, but since she has moved away, we don't see each other as much as we would like to, but some friendships are made to last.
