Ebbing tide (Day 228)

There was a beautiful sunrise this morning, but it all went a bit wrong mid morning when the clouds rolled in. By the time that I was back from a job in Stromness, it was beginning to rain. When my beautiful wife and I headed out with the dogs, it was positively vile.
I had a few ideas for the "bridge" challenge which was set by HV, one of which was a shot of the Brig of Waithe. It spans the end of the loch of Stenness where the loch meets the sea, so the water level varies with the tide. The mono shot seemed to suit the grimness of the day.
