Cincinnati Chili
This wonderful dish is prepaired by smothering cooked pasta with a good, thick chili and then covering the whole thing with shredded chedder cheese. The textures of the different foods (as well as the flavors) are a gift to the mouth and tounge. Its so easy to make and so delightful to enjoy!
