Willamette

After the intense rainstorms we've had this December, the Willamette River is high. We drove to Oregon City and had a view of it rushing past the dilapidated ruins of paper mills which line the banks, the river water filling up and spilling over. Across the river, the smoke from an operating paper mill drifts on wet air.
