Lights

It is so dark on Wildwood Trail at night that everyone has flashlights by the door. Expecting the neighbors for a party last night, OilMan put up his string of old fashioned lights along the fence by the driveway. I don't know how much light they shed, but everyone arrived safely and seemed to have a good time. We did.

It has been raining steadily all day. We managed to take Ozzie for a very quick walk down to the creek, but have not ventured out again all day. I took Ozzie out through the garage so I could get my boots. He ran to the car and looked really disappointed when we went out into the rain instead of into the "little red wagon".  And we were worried that he wouldn't like it….
