A day that i intended to drive in, twitter alerted me to the motorway junction being closed due to a car fire, so I decided to get the train.

A body on the track led to the train being stopped and eventually reversed to the nearest station where we all had to disembark & freeze for hours. The first of the three replacement buses arrived, the other two never did.

To cut a long story short, hours later i arrived back home, bloody freezing after achieving the square root of bugger all.

Sympathy to the stiff and all that but it was still shit.
