Hidden In Plain Sight

I have often passed this part of the road but have never stopped before as there seemed to be no reason to stop due to the long sweeping corner with restricted view of oncoming traffic.

I, on this occasion, had spotted some usual trees in an eerie light and thought them well worth a short delay on my trip.

The building is a good distance across a recently planted field with no apparent track leading to it so I assume there must be a way in along the banks of the Boyne river. I must investigate who lived there in a very distant past as it distracts me from the need to tidy the house before Christmas.....just saying
