Sprout plants

I have been keeping some of the sprouts for Christmas dinner and hope they are still edible. The plants themselves are lovely but the roots will be massive. I'm not looking forward to pulling them up as it's going to leave rather large holes. Will have to put bark etc down to stop the cats. I'm still winning that battle at the moment but everywhere is water logged. Had a very quiet day after going to church. I did enjoy sitting in the conservatory in the sunshine reading the paper for about half an hour then a visit from my brother John.
