Blue sky

Yes that really is blue sky ....... we had sunshine too!

In fact is was so lovely we decided to leave the rest of the jobs until later & headed out for a walk in Westgate Woods.

Took quite a few shots ...... including the Extra which was the last thing we expected to see in a wood ...... it must be a Fairy tree!

All was fine until we got halfway round ..... then the wind strengthened ...... the clouds rolled in & it started raining! Turned decidedly chilly too. Needless to say we hurried the last half of the walk & dived into the car.

Still it was lovely to actually get out for a walk ...... it's been 2 weeks since I last got out :-)

Hubby is baking a cake at the moment ...... so I thought I'd nip & blip :-)
