St John the Baptist, Little Missenden

We went along to the Branch Christmas bell ringing practice this morning at Little Missenden.  It is usually the most well attended monthly practice of the year but it was not so this year and in fact felt a little flat.  However it was good to catch up with some friends who we'd not seen for a while and wish them a Merry Christmas, oh yes and to do a bit of ringing!

I don't do New years resolutions but next year I am determined to do some more ringing and re-learn the methods I have forgotten and learn at least one new one.......we'll see!

Also had an interesting conversation with one of the ringers about Morris Dancing, apparently there is a Ladies Side in Towersey...good to know that as it's something I would like to try........just need to summon the courage to do so!
