Margherita

I gave 400 Gradi's pizza recipe a go. It's nothing like one made in a wood fired oven! God knows how hot those things get to cook a pizza in 90 seconds. This one took ten minutes and I think the longer cooking time made the base a little too crisp. Still, it tasted pretty good.
