Playing with a snake - I'm not crazy!

Yesterday Flora bought a toy snake with a pole attached to the end of it and she won't stop pestering me to play ' Snakey' with her. ( a game we have invented on the rare occasions when I allow her to stick the plastic stick into my hand.) (( just joking, I actually sometimes enjoy the game!))

Snakey loves to coil himself around his owner's neck ( above) and talks with an American, lispy voice invented by me.

Why do us kids always put on an American accent when playing?!
