Don't forget to check the gates!

The Spring cows were scattered across two different paddocks this morning when I went to get them in. They had pushed through the hedge in their paddock to get to the neighbouring one. The gate in that paddock happened to be open so the cows had a lovely adventure while we all slept.

Hopefully whoever puts cows away in the afternoon remembers to check the gates and fence lines next time.

Luckily we still have plenty of grass around so the cows didn't do too much damage to the paddocks.
