White chocklit...

the white chocklit isnt tempered like the dark & Milk choc.
They are tempered automatically by our wonderful Selmi machines.
The white is the Naughty chocklit.
it has to be tempered manually..

no clever machines to temper it!
This is what happens when you dont watch it...
