Nativity

A dull but dry and mild day.

Very unseasonable weather in the UK - 14 degrees C night time temperature in parts of Scotland. However, we are approaching the celebration of Christ's birth next week. One of our favourite parts of this celebration for us is when we bring out this Nativity scene. We bought it in Spain around 15 years ago, in the height of summer, and carried it all the way home on the plane. Each piece was very carefully wrapped up for us and nothing was broken.

For us, it is central to what Christmas means amid all the activity. May I wish you all a very happy time as you celebrate in your own way.
