Christmas lights

Some of our neighbours have really gone to town with their lights this year.

I am delighted to say that today I reached my 'Couch to 5k' target. Nine weeks ago it was an effort for me to run for 90 seconds. Today I managed 30 minutes (with a hang over). It's been such a great programme to follow and I really recommend it.
