Teeny-weeny Coot chick

When I first saw this chick it had it's back to me and all I could see was a tiny ball of fluff.

When I got closer I could see its head and the red and yellow down on the face.

One of the smallest coot chicks I have ever seen - only about 60mm from tip to toe. It's feet were enormous compared to the rest of the body.
