Senior Kong

Bought Pegs a Kong toy to try and distract her from shredding our clothes and shoes!

Had a bit of a scare with her this morning. She wolfed down her brekky (Weetabix) as usual and then she went all wobbly on her back legs and keeled over and was shaking an convulsing. She then tried to get up but keeled over again. I thought she was having some kind of seizure and that we were going to lose her. I was yelling for Mike to come downstairs (never rely on me in an emergency, I am useless) and we then realised she was choking. Anyway she choked up a huge ball of gloopy weetabix and then was okay. She has had Weetabix for brekky for the past 2-3 years and it was recommended to us by a dog trainer who suggested she needed to lose some weight. She has lost weight but we are not going to feed her Weetabix from now on! Too much for a pregnant woman at 7.30am!

Did some more lungeing with Lime tonight - after just the one session on Sat he has shown a massive improvement. He is such a star and it is much easier for me cos I just stand in the middle while he goes round me doing all the work. Does make me a bit dizzy though!
