Carrot cake ...

It's V's birthday tomorrow. Her chap, R, came into the office and surprised her with this beautiful carrot cake that he'd baked earlier. He's very talented - he knocked this up between a study session and plastering a ceiling! He also does the most beautiful tapestry and embroidery that you will see.
