Pancake party

It was just another Friday at work today with meetings on and off campus, lunch with my research group, and decisions to be made as to whether email or project work merited my attention more: the project work won.

However, this evening was different because my friend K (AKA the Russian Party Princess) has come up to Edinburgh with her daughters to stay with us over the weekend. We also invited W round for supper. The six of us had a really fun evening, the highlight of which was watching Mr hazelh toss pancakes. After I took this picture the T shirt came off. (I have spared you the shot of the semi-naked chef!)

Exercise today: walk to work (with diversion for meeting at University of Edinburgh first thing) and home again (17,845 steps).
