Beauty in Small Things

Fiddling with my macro function on the camera again in the garden this evening, something I only discovered yesterday.

So this is one of many of the clematis flowers on the north facing wall. the small details of nature are often captivating.

Off for a run over the moor and down the dale with Harriers led by the duracell that is Spartan now in search of the moon. Then straight to bed for an early start, out of the door for 5am en famile in search of sunnier climes. I'm not a sun seeker, but the I've had enough of the damp weather round here.
