Upgraded paper plate

So after every two day or longer canoe club trip, we have a tradition where paper plates with awards on them are given out. These can be for anything - most improved, best chat, worst swim, and so on, and this is why I received this plate tonight (not paper and much bigger) for best at dealing with the worst semester. I have had a terrible semester and it's been extremely hard, but I am so thankful for my friends and all the support I have received, without which I do not know if I would have managed. I am not feeling any happier, but I am happy to know that I have such wonderful friends who try so hard to make me feel better. What more could I ask for :)

P.S. I also held a christmas dinner tonight. There was far too much food but it all tasted amazing and I'm really glad I held it.
