Merry

I'm sad to be missing the last few days of this, it's been a joy. But my out of office is on and I'm not back at work until 6 January, hurrah!

A lovely evening chez middleman, eating and drinking and exchanging gifts. The girls got tablets and were delightfully delighted, the parents got books (as well as getting sole use of their laptop and tablet back), I got, among other things, a magnificent book of Sebastião Salgado photographs and a bottle of this, a dash of which, we discovered, was absolutely delicious in a glass of prosecco. :-)
