Old Friends...

... as in long standing, not necessarily "old".

A good day at work today. I was just glad I made it to the end! Had a team lunch to mark a few birthdays and a work anniversary.

Then a couple of hours to rest catch up with emails etc. before heading out again to friends Miriam and Suguna. Fantastic evening spent catching up with friends I've known since the late 80s, and G got to know when she first arrived in Dubai. A smaller group too, so plenty of chatting and laughing too. We all finished with Baileys on the rocks. It went down very nicely. Home far too late and tired to even think about blipping! The weekend has begun. Yay!
