Not just any Lemon Meringue Pie

I made a lemon meringue pie today from our own home grown lemons (see the extra for a bowl of some of the crop).

My Director of Food was on hand all the time to advise, recommend, taste and approve of the stages.

She has the experience that I lack.

We have yet to taste and as the proof of the pudding.....
