Is it beginning to feel a lot like Christmas?

The answer is "no".

It's 14 degrees out there, overcast and gloomy. The air smells nothing like a British winter. It doesn't even have the dignity to smell like autumn.

I felt more Christmassy in Bracknell last month and the snow was fake!
