Tides Up

11am tides up and some fishermen are out too, it was this or a container boat leaving the Mersey but a bit too far away.
weather started off at 9.30am sunny but gradually overcast and dull.
I have now tried all the Supermarkets within 2/3 miles, but the best is about 10minutes away and the easiest Tesco's! I know I've not been very nice about that company in the past few months, but the Formby shop is an almost straight run in the car and not too big to find my way around.

We seem to have had fire alarm checks every Wednesday since I arrived, tomorrow the 'shower-head' cleaners are coming 9-11am.
Last week all our front doors were fitted with 'returns' which meant some couldn't open their door and some couldn't close theirs!
Mine works fine except I'm developing muscles in places I never knew I had!!!

The first day I moved in Madge and I explored and found a door to the outside garden just along the corridor, it clearly said this door is alarmed, what did Madge do? you've guessed it...all hell let loose.
Thankfully we didn't get caught so everybody must be used to people doing daft things here.
We all have a life line 'thingy' to wear around our necks if we wish; I put mine on at night to go to the loo and in the morning before having a shower. I had mine on at 7am leaned over the work-top to get something and there was a lot of bleeps and voice out of nowhere asked if I was alright? I hadn't realised it was me!
making the noise, suffice to say I replied I was fine.
As Russell the manager; later said at least we know it works!
