Black Pete

Last saturday Sinterklaas arrived in The Netherlands. Together with his Black Pete's. So all childeren can put their shoes next to the chimney and sing Sinterklaassongs in the hope that they will find a small (candy) present in it the next morning. In two weeks, on friday the 5th of december a lot of people will celebrate 'pakjesavond' (giftsevening) with their family or friends. After that Sinterklaas always disappears in silence back to Spain on the 6th of december.
