Modern Art...

So, we're back in the room... home from Amsterdam with all our bits despite the aspirations of a million nutters on bicycles. We spent a lot of time walking, and a lot of time in museums... and despite some comments made elsewhere by people who should know better almost no time at all in the wacky baccy cafes, brothels or peep shows. :-p

We had splendid days at the Rijksmuseum and the Van Goch museum, but on our last day we visited the modern art Stedelijk Museum, which showed again that a fool and his money are soon parted. Hey ho. One of the best of the art installations I saw there was this escalator, which lead to the exit. Can't please everyone.
