Out into my yard in my dressing gown for this. The buildings are part of Doughties hospital a housing charity housing for the old. They are not pet friendly so I shan't be applying while Chavo is  with me. I now know that their is increasing parliamentary pressure to improve this : depressed old folk cost more !!.

Excellent radio 4 prog on Circadian rhythms right now.Fascinating stuff.  The Neuro-Psychology understanding  has improved hugely in the years since I was a Midwife working endless night shifts, that came with the job rather than a choice. My ear-lights certainly feeling an encouraging habit : does it help re-set my Circadian clock : who knows. Listening to this prog seems to be saying "yes, yes. ".
