Windows 10

Decided I needed a bit of excitement in my humdrum life and embarked on downloading Windows 10 this evening. I am not a computer-buff so I experience not a little anxiety when I do things like this. Will my programmes ever start again, will Photoshop even?

The lines are of course an artefact, the screen illuminates in sections and the shutter speed of the camera was 1/125 sec, the eye merges anything faster than about 1/25 seconds so the screen looks evenly lit but the camera is too fast.
