Ghostly Portrait!!

I didn't have a blip for tonight so as I love light painting I decided I would try a self portrait!
I seem to fade into the chair in places!! which I find amusing.
This is such fun you should all try it.
Not so easy doing yourself but I am always up for a challenge!

After about half a dozen attempts I decided it was getting chilly, so thought what I had would have to do. So here is me outside on our veranda.
Use a tripod 30sec exposure f16, torch and your imagination :-)
