Christmas lunch

We met Peach for lunch, and had such a nice time at the Old School Café – a social enterprise in Newington.  They were extremely welcoming and patient with us! Three course Christmas menu for the grown ups, and BabyCyclops had a salmon pate starter which he enjoyed very much and ate with gusto.  Initially he ate the pate on fancy toast, then from a spoon, then he just put his hands in… so it was all over his face, his hair, his eyes, his cup, his dinosaur.  Oops.  He also broke a pepper pot, which was messy and sneezy.  But he was also strangely charming and they did seem to like his jolly ways.

We walked down through the Christmas markets, then got the bus along to Jenn’s Den for a play before tea time.
