Jay has been buying Christmas hats...

I am in the land of Norfolk, for a couple of days this time. There are loads of people staying as the Christmas lunch is tomorrow - they have all gone out. I will spend social time with them tomorrow I have decided and instead am treating myself to a evening of room service, glass of wine and the telly - I did too much of this earlier on the year so it got boring but once in a while it is lovely.

And today's encouraging news - I wore new boots today with the first non-flat heel worn in well over a year. Looks like all my walking since September has paid off to strengthen my ankle not a twinge from the dodgy, fat foot, yay!
