Free Tibet
Self immolations in Tibet have reached up to 42. Two more young boys self immolated recently in Tibet. Tibetans in -exile in Mcleodganj observed a peaceful candle march. Its a sign that the situation inTibet is not improving. People across the world need to join hands and help Tibet gain its rightful freedom. It is not a small decision. Putting oneself on fire needs a heart of iron. Some people feel that this is an act of 'Violence' but for them it is an act of rebellion without harming others but harming themselves. They are being opressed everyday. People in Tibet dont have any human rights let alone right of self expression or even following their religion or even keeping a photograph of His Holiness Dalai Lama, who is infact a symbol of peace and non-violence. China keeps getting its way out just because its a growing power but the censorship rights alone in china prove that they are a dictatorship. What we can do is spread the word among our people our nation and our governments to raise a voice. If it is Tibet today it may be one of us tomorrow. We live in the 21st century, a century of communication but even in such times Tibetans in-exile are waiting to be reunited with their families, their soil and there people.
