Over the farm

Last full day of school, and it's been totally mad! I eventually made it home at 6pm, amongst the torrential rain. Not long after getting home it hailed and teemed some more. After tea I went for a walk down the road and stopped at the woolshed gate. I stood there admiring the lovely green pasture we have, and thinking how lucky we are to live where we do, especially with the east coast of the country starting to go into the grips of a drought. We are lucky indeed.
