Cup of tea anyone?

I rather like some of these utilitarian buildings.
I like their solidness & their dominance of some of the other small buildings around them.
If they had a personality it would be grim. no nonsense & bossy.

Bell Tea Building (well that's obvious I suppose), Carroll St, Dunedin, New Zealand
