Ironic

There was something very ironic about our Canine Club going to "The Black Cat" for the Christmas meal, which we did tonight, great food, just a pity they don't organise the service more efficiently.

Amazingly, Dad got home today, 8 days after major surgery, especially when he got his initial diagnosis, that specialist didn't even mention surgery as an option. He has a long way to go in the recovery process, but I'm sure he will get abetter night's sleep than in the hospital.
