Harris Hawk - backblip

Captive bird. I am told that this is a chick - only recently taken from its mother. I hate to see captive birds and I am not impressed. I don't care how well they are looked after. Unless there is very good reason, such as being part of a breeding programme to protect the species, a bird should be free.
